It's time for a haul!

Hello beauties,

Just a mini hall for you lovely lot! This post has taken ages to get published for way too many reasons, i therefore bought most of the following in February! I love doing hauls! Lets get started!

  • MUA lipsticks: So, I came across this brand when in town with my friend, I suppose I assumed it to be quite an expensive brand however it's not at all for the quality of the stuff! At £1 for a lipstick could you really resist? I certainly couldn't! I got two, one In an extremely red colour (i'm talking neon red!) and one slightly darker! A new found obsession with red lipsticks?!

  • Barry m nail varnish 'berry ice cream': As you may have seen from my nail varnish wish list I love pastel nail varnishes! And I wanted to try out a Barry M one, I did want prickly pear however it was quite dark compared to berry ice cream so I opted with this one instead! I'm glad i did as its lovely and shiny plus has a really cute and girly look when on. I've bought Barry m nail varnish before although I've never just bought a colour, I only ever buy a Barry m effect; like the glitter or crackle effect. So I was really surprised by the quality of the paint! For such a light colour I expected a really clear paint that took a few coats, however i only needed one coat! Overall great purchase!
  • Topshop lace/crochet crop top: In a previous wish list I talked about a lace crop top that was to die for! And a few days later I spotted it on ebay, brand new with labels going for about sixteen pounds. So Instantly i bid because I'd been contemplating buying it at £22.00 in topshop itself and i won, never been so proud!
  • Topshop roll up polka dot jeans: (what a mouthful!) Best. Jeans. Ever. I love them, I've spent a lot of time in the topshop sales and to be honest I couldn't be any more proud of the jeans I've got. Everyone knows I adore polka dots. These jeans are brill. Especially for £25.00!
  • Topshop American flag high wasted shorts: I bought these for three reasons- A)perfect shorts for holidaying this year B)they fit perfect and of course... C) they were a tenner!
  • Republic skater dress: So republics had a massive clearance going on over the last  few months and I had wanted the topshop version of this dress, however at £26.00 in topshop and £14.40 in republic I think you get my reasoning! I'd supply a picture however my camera decided to give up on me!
So beauties i hope you enjoyed this baby haul, and look forward to another very soon! Until next time bye beauties!

Festival anyone?

Hi beauties,

I'm currently up to my eyeballs in revision and homework but here i am again to bring you a sweet little festival wish list! With Leeds and reading, T in the park and the mother of all festivals: Glastonbury, announcing their line ups it got me right in the spirit for a bit of festival outfit wishing! I might do a few of these because I'm loving this years festival look!

The first outfit features the much loved dungarees, the ultimate festival wear! Now although i love this, I'm starting to think that summer in England + mud =... Still though i love how it goes with a really bold print shirt, for instance this jungle print crop top! Excellent for summer! This rucksack is fantastic, real leather bags i love you! But the wellies are key, look at them, hunter wellies be mine?!

The second is a great summer outfit, the bralet is excellent for summer and the high wasted shorts make for great festival fun! The collar and rucksack coordinate perfectly. (Rucksacks are excellent for festivals, and this one looks great with the crop top!) More hunter wellies, really Issy, really? I can't help it, they're the best looking wellies about and fit with the colours in the top excellently! I just adore summer style!

Prom wish list!

Hi beauties,

It may not be my own prom but that is no reason not to get excited about all the beautiful stock many shops have just brought in. Because, and lets face it, they're gorgeous! So i welcome you to a prom wish list, for anyone who either likes a good dress up, or is actually attending a prom!

Now, i don't think these are very traditional looks for a prom, however, the long dress just isn't something i think is compulsory. The way i see it, go with how you like to dress. If a beautiful long dress is what you like or feel comfortable in then go for it, i just don't think you should have to if it's not what you feel good or comfortable in!

The first dress is really beautiful, the detailing just screams for attention and the fact its sligthly open at the back means its perfect for a hair up look! I found the bag on asos, now i thought it said eighteen pounds, apparently i missed a zero... Still I'm not about to change it as i think it goes really nicely With the more calm colours. The shoes are quite simple, theres not much to them yet they have a very sophisticated and elegant look. finally i went with 'carnival' nail varnish by topshop!

The second is perfect for a spring/summer prom, pastel in my eyes is a perfect prom dress colour! The bag is a cute little accessory, which in most cases isn't needed but i just love the little corner details! The earrings and necklace (Which had to be a statement!) were both chosen to coordinate the other aspects of the outfit; the gold bag corners and dress colour. The nail colour is 'milkshake' by topshop which i just feel boosts the summer feel even more with a really elegant colour! Finally those beautiful shoes, which keep in line with the peach/samon colour and branch out with a really summery heel! All in all, a perfect warm spring outfit!

I'm quite excited for my own prom after all that dress hunting! I hope you took something away from this, even if its just the fact that you love prom dresses, like me! I shall see you soon but until then, bye beauties!

Another Lush review!

Hey beauties!

So what have you stumbled upon today?! Well my lovelies, today i welcome you to a third lush review! (Feel free to check out the other- here) Last week i ran out of my beautiful lush Herbalism cleanser... It was a sad time for us all... Although it had lasted me two months, which the assistant had assured me, so i was pretty impressed! Now as you may have gathered i adore herbalism and its effects, however i hate having to create a paste to apply. It's too much effort, i need something quicker! Therefore i decided to try something a bit different: fresh pharmacy!

As you may recall, this stuff is a bar off soap which you wash your face with! In other words, no messing about! Now for me, a sensitive skinned teenager, this works great for my skin. It gives my skin a lovely feeling and clears it up nicely. I'm rather impressed in honesty! Do you see why i love lush?! I'd give this a delightful 4/5 (The smell doesn't wow me, I'm so picky!)

                                                         IT DOESN'T STOP THERE!

I also got some vanishing cream, a moisturiser by lush! You might remember me trying this and adoring its existence? It's perfect, in every way! My skin feels soft, underneath make up it makes my face feel a lot fresher, it clears my skin perfectly, it smells like heaven in a tub... I could go on! The price is ridiculous, but it's so good! In all fairness you don't need to use a lot, but it's still stupidly priced!

I apolagise for my little lush worshiping there, but you honestly can't beat it! I don't see myself swapping for a different brand any time soon! i'll see you tomorrow for a wish list, but until then, goodbye beauties!

Come on and give up control!

Hello beauties,
I apologise for my crapness in keeping up with the blog this week! I just didn't seem to have any energy, suffering from the cold/flu is horrible, but i'm here now and i'm not going to be so absent from now onwards!

So it's wish list time again now!

First up i've gone a bit rock and roll, the BEST type of casual, the leggings i need. I got really similar jeans from topshop last month and they look great in a casual outfit! Fantastic with a black crop top layered with a denim shirt. The ring is a rather high up factor on Issy's wishlist at the moment! plus it creates a really rock vibe!

The second outfit is a monochrome and neon blend, the best kind of blend! The crop top is really fun and the jeans with the rip add a nice casual and punky vibe. The orange neon accesorie is a true favourite of mine! The necklace is really nice and a great statment peice!

It's wish list time!

Hello beauties,

So this weeks been... Interesting! English results will be the death of me this month/year but lets not even go there! Anyone else wishing GCSE's didn't exist? Moving swiftly on...

So the first outfit is a bit of a fave! The skirt is a classic skater than I'm currently loving and this shirt is of course beautiful in my eyes -you may have realised by now that i adore lace shirts!- especially with such a simple outfit. A pair of ankle boots are always great, especially in the case of the wet spring we're currently experiencing here in the beautiful rainforrest i like to call the UK...  Finally the necklace, a really important part of this outfit, the neon colour would really stand out when layered with white!

The second outfit was themed on this dress Cara Devangeline modelled for H&M, it looks amazing on her (as everything does!) and is perfectly priced! I went with some matching lip marker plus nail paint from topshop, some leopard print slippers and a leather jacket to top it off. I really want this dress!

What a lush bath!

Hey beauties,

So last month I picked up a lush product for my bath time as I was feeling really ill and completely under the weather! And as I always do with lush, I fell in love.... They have me trapped! So I bought another this month, I'm going to repeat this and buy one a month so I can treat myself to a really nice bath every month! So here is February's bath bomb!

Fizzbanger: I leave bath bombs around my room to make it smell nice, and of course this one was amazing! My room smelt just like apple pie with a hint of lemon, i miss it now beacuse it was such a lovely scent! This is the best bath bomb ever! First it spirals around and starts to fizz, whilst little bits of popping candy pop, then bits of blue start appearing until it literally pours out tonnes of blue liquid and bubble as it spins around. The most exciting part are the little bits of paper that appear from inside the bah bomb, with the word 'bang'  printed on them. And as it begins to slowly disappear, for ages you're left in a bath of blue/green water, a really fresh smell and popping candy! Best bath ever!

As you can see it really excited me! I felt like a kid and to be quite honest I can't wait for my next bath bomb! Anyone got a fave lush bath bomb at the moment? I'm not sure which to try next! Hope you have a great weekend guys!

Me, addicted to shirts? No...Ok yes!

Hello Beauties,

HAPPY MARCH! Welcome to another wish list! This weeks been a bit all over the place! So i do apologise for not posting as much as i wanted to, however I'm here today with a ,slightly summer, shirt loving wish list!

So let's get started!

Let's face it i have a problem... With polka dots; i can't seem to help myself! For me its currently the best print ever! So here's another lovely polka shirt, i quite like the dark blue section on the back as well! Some topshop skinnies would be perfect, I've bought a couple of pairs recently and they're really nice fitting and comfy! There's a bit of a blue colour scheme going on here, as you can see from the blue tone sunglasses and boat shoes! I really need another pair of boat shoes, i got some last summer and wore them loads, however they're completely wrecked now! The bowler hat is a hat i wish i could pull off, my hairs just too thick for one, a girl can dream though! And finally a nice leather bag would be excellent for this spring!
You can purchase this outfit:

The second outfit has this excellent shirt, the print is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! Look at it! So pretty, perfect to pair with some boyfriend jeans to rock the trends as well! I've chosen these vans purely for the colour as they tie in with the shirt (same for the earrings!) I'd just like a pair of vans in every colour? Is that too much to ask?
You can purchase this outfit:
It's been a pleasure guys! Can't wait for our next meeting! It's going to be a busy month due to way too many birthdays all at the same time, however i'll try my best to post as soon as possible! Until next time have a great weekend!
